
I’ve been using and perfecting this style of training for years, and have had GREAT success with it. This program has both bodybuilding and powerlifting techniques, to give you the best of both worlds.
This is an 8-week training program. There is NO de-load in this program, you will be going HARD for 8 weeks at which point I may suggest a de-load. You have 2 options when approaching this program; a 5-day split or a 6-day split. I would suggest the 6-day split so we can hit legs twice a week for optimal results!
This is just a training program with basic nutrition info. It does not include any sessions or coaching. I do offer 1:1 training and online coaching, for an additional charge. Please feel free to ask any questions.
