I’ve been using and perfecting this style of training for years and have had GREAT SUCCESS with it. This program has both bodybuilding and powerlifting techniques to give you the best of both worlds.

This is an 8-week training program. There is NO de-load in this program, you will be going HARD for 8 weeks at which point I may suggest a de-load. Your program is a 5-day split.

This is just a training program with basic nutrition info. It does not include any sessions or coaching. I do offer 1:1 training and online coaching, for an additional charge. Please feel free to ask any questions.
